&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;Até meio da remada a fita ainda deve estar esticada, os ombros,a anca e as mãos devem-se mover à mesma velocidade.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;Passado esta fase e como a remada é acelerada a fita tende a ficar mais solta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; A música nas actividades é utilizada no sentido de motivar a continuidade dos exercícios físicos ou de distrair o praticante de estímulos como cansaço, dor ou até tenção psicológica. (VALIN, 2007).&lt;br /&gt;Os efeitos da música na redução da dor se explicam pela teoria do portal do controle da dor. A música age como um estímulo em competição com a dor, distrai o paciente e desvia sua atenção da dor, modulando, desta forma, o estímulo doloroso. Estudos de imagem do cérebro mostraram actividade nos contornos auditivos, no córtex auditivo e no sistema límbico em resposta a música. Mostrou-se que a música é capaz de baixar níveis elevados de stress e que certos tipos de música, tais como a música meditativa ou clássica lenta, reduzem os marcadores neuro-hormonais de stress.
